What is a Stream Deck profile?
A Stream Deck profile is a preset file that contains a set of icons and commands for your Stream Deck device, including the layout of icons across one or more pages.
Installing Elgato Stream Deck Software
Before installing your profile, make sure you have installed the software for your Elgato Stream Deck device on your computer. This can be downloaded from https://www.elgato.com/downloads.
Click download and follow the steps to install the software on your PC or Mac.
Installing iConCity profiles
At iConCity, we provide one or more .streamDeckProfile files with many of our icon packs. You will see them within the zip folder you downloaded after making your purchase.
Each profile is named after the Stream Deck device is designed for (e.g. 32 Key - Stream Deck XL). Simply double-click the file that relates to the Stream Deck device you want to install it to.
You will then be prompted to confirm which device you want to use the profile. Select the device from the dropdown menu and click Install.
That’s it! Your profile has been installed and is ready to use.
