Giveaway terms

1. Promoter. iConCity is a trading name of ICON CITY LTD (company number 13793748), Ashdown Lodge, Station Road, Madeley, Shropshire, TF7 5BA, United Kingdom. Competition enquiries: info@iconcity.com.

2. Opening and closing. Entries open when iConCity activates the entry form and links the official November giveaway post on X. No entries are accepted before activation. Entries must be received by Shopify no later than 30 November 2026 at 12 noon UK time (GMT; Europe/London). A quote-post alone is not a submitted entry. Late or incomplete entries are ineligible.

3. Eligibility. You must be aged 18 or over. Entry is intended to be open worldwide where lawful. You must be legally permitted to participate from your location. No country-specific exclusion has been added. One entry per person; using multiple accounts to enter makes you ineligible. No purchase or newsletter subscription is required.

4. How to enter. Publicly quote-post the official November giveaway post from @iconcitycom, including #iConCityNovemberGiveaway and mentioning @iconcitycom. Then submit your email, X handle and the URL of your own quote-post through this page, with the eligibility confirmation. Keep the quote-post accessible until it has been checked for the draw. Repeated posts or submissions earn no additional chances. Entries are subject to review; a success message confirms receipt, not eligibility.

5. Prize. One eligible winner chooses any five iConCity digital icon packs. Pictured packs are examples only. There is no restriction to those examples and no product-specific exclusion in this offer. Check each chosen pack’s device and software compatibility. Hardware, games and other physical products are not included. The digital files are supplied under the applicable iConCity licence.

6. Selection. On 1 December 2026, one winner will be selected at random from the final reviewed eligible-entry list, with an equal chance for each valid person. iConCity will record the final list and draw result. Duplicate, unverifiable, late or ineligible entries are excluded with a recorded reason. Newsletter consent does not affect selection.

7. Winner contact and claim. The selected winner will be contacted at their submitted email address following the draw, by 3 December 2026. They have seven days from that email to reply, confirm eligibility and claim the prize. Please check spam folders. If the winner is ineligible or does not claim within seven days, a replacement may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries under the same rules, with the reason and replacement draw recorded.

8. Delivery. The winner supplies the names or product links of their five chosen icon packs. iConCity will supply the digital prize to the winner’s email address within 14 days after eligibility and the five choices are confirmed. No payment or purchase is needed to claim.

9. Entry information and privacy. iConCity uses your email, X handle, quote-post URL, eligibility confirmation and submission timestamp to administer this giveaway, check entries, prevent duplicate participation, perform the draw and contact/deliver to the winner. Entries are stored privately in Shopify, accessible to authorised administrators; they are not published as an entrant list. Shopify Forms can create or update a customer record when you submit. Your quote-post is public on X and is subject to X’s own policies.

10. Optional newsletter. The separate checkbox starts unticked. Ticking it gives permission for iConCity news and offers; leaving it unticked does not affect entry. There are no extra chances for subscribing and you need not remain subscribed. Consent wording/version and the entry time are recorded. You may unsubscribe later. No entrant is automatically added to Spoks by this giveaway form.

11. Retention and rights. Entry and draw information is kept only while necessary for administering and fulfilling the giveaway, resolving disputes, meeting legal requirements and demonstrating that the promotion was run fairly. Once those purposes no longer require identifiable entry data, it should be deleted or anonymised. Records with another valid purpose, including existing customer records, and necessary consent or suppression records are handled under the iConCity privacy policy. There is no separate fixed giveaway retention period in that policy. For access, correction, deletion or withdrawal requests, contact support@iconcity.com. Withdrawing newsletter permission does not remove your entry.

12. Winner information. To demonstrate a valid award, requests for winner information can be sent to info@iconcity.com after the draw. Only the minimum information necessary will be considered; tell us if you object to identifying information being disclosed. Information may still need to be supplied to a regulator when required. Entrant email addresses and the private entry list will not be published.
