Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email with a link to download a zip folder containing your icons. You can also download your previous purchases from your account page.

If the game is updated, we may update the icons and profiles to support new features or key binds. When this happens, updates are provided for free and can be downloaded from your account page. However, if we decide to rebuild an icon pack from scratch or if the update requires significant work, it will be considered a new product and can be purchased separately.
