Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email with a link to download a zip folder containing your icons and profiles. You can also download your previous purchases from your account page.

Any profiles included within our icon packs are designed for use with Elgato’s Stream Deck software. Most of our icons use hotkey buttons to map the button press to an action within the game using a keyboard shortcut.

Yes, we may update icons and profiles to support new features or key binds when the software is updated. When this happens, updates are provided for free and can be downloaded from your account page.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for digital items. Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned. For more information, please read our Refund Policy.

Our icons are specifically designed for use with the Elgato Stream Deck. While some users may find ways to use them on other devices, we cannot guarantee compatibility or provide support for non-Elgato products.
