How do I download my icon pack after purchasing?

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email with a link to download a zip folder containing your icons and profiles. You can also download your previous purchases from your account page.

How do profiles work?

Any profiles included within our icon packs are designed for use with Elgato’s Stream Deck software. Most of our icons use hotkey buttons to map the button press to an action within the game using a keyboard shortcut.

Do you provide free updates?

Yes, we may update icons and profiles to support new features or key binds when the software is updated. When this happens, updates are provided for free and can be downloaded from your account page.

Can I get a refund if I don’t like the product?
