By downloading, installing or using this iConCity Xeneon Edge Widget (the “Widget”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement (the “Agreement”).

If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Widget.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, iConCity grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Widget on compatible devices owned or controlled by you.

The Widget may be used for both personal and commercial environments, including business, streaming, content creation and professional workstation use.

This licence does not transfer ownership of the Widget or any associated artwork, code, design, branding or other intellectual property.

2. Permitted Use

You may:

• Install and use the Widget on compatible Corsair Xeneon Edge devices that you own or control.
• Use the Widget in a personal, professional or commercial workspace.
• Display the Widget during livestreams, videos, photographs, demonstrations or other content featuring your own setup.
• Configure the settings and options made available within the Widget.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Sell, sublicense, redistribute, share or otherwise supply the Widget or its files to another person or organisation.
• Upload or distribute the Widget through another website, marketplace, file-sharing service or software repository.
• Claim ownership or authorship of the Widget.
• Remove, obscure or alter iConCity copyright, trademark, attribution or licensing information.
• Copy or extract artwork, interface elements, icons, code or other assets from the Widget for use in another product.
• Use the Widget or any of its assets as the basis of a competing product, resale product or derivative commercial package.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Widget except where such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.

Copyright protection in the UK extends to computer programs and other qualifying copyright works.

4. Live Data and Third-Party Services

Some iConCity Widgets may display live or periodically updated information supplied by third-party data providers, APIs, mapping services or other online services.

iConCity does not own or control third-party data and cannot guarantee:

• continuous availability of external services;
• the accuracy or completeness of third-party information;
• the frequency at which third-party data is updated;
• that an external provider will continue offering its service indefinitely.

Third-party services may be changed, interrupted or discontinued without notice.

An active internet connection may be required for some or all Widget features.

5. Informational Use Only

Information displayed by a Widget is provided for general informational and display purposes.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, an iConCity Widget should not be relied upon for emergency response, safety-critical decisions, medical decisions, financial decisions, navigation or any other situation where inaccurate, delayed or unavailable information could cause harm or loss.

For example, earthquake information displayed by Earthquake Live reports seismic events using third-party data and does not predict earthquakes or operate as an emergency warning system.

6. Updates and Compatibility

iConCity may release updates, improvements or compatibility fixes for the Widget from time to time.

Changes made by Corsair, iCUE, operating systems, third-party APIs, browsers, mapping providers or other external platforms may affect Widget functionality.

iConCity does not guarantee that a Widget will remain compatible indefinitely with future versions of third-party hardware or software.

7. Intellectual Property

The Widget, including its original interface design, artwork, graphics, code, branding and associated assets, remains the intellectual property of iConCity and/or its licensors.

Third-party names, trademarks, data, maps and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

No ownership rights are transferred to you under this Agreement.

8. Warranty

The Widget is supplied “as is” and “as available”.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iConCity makes no additional warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, continuous availability of third-party services, or compatibility with future software or hardware changes.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any statutory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. UK consumer law gives consumers statutory rights relating to digital content, and certain liabilities cannot simply be contracted away.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iConCity shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Widget, including loss resulting from unavailable third-party data or services.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

10. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated.

Your licence will terminate if you materially breach its terms.

Upon termination, you must stop using the Widget and delete all copies in your possession or control.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Nothing in this clause removes any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in the country in which you live.

12. Contact

By downloading, installing or using the Widget, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
